About me

A steady presence in uncertain times.

I believe that healing happens in relationship — and that the right therapeutic space can change everything.

My approach

I work from a place of deep respect for each person's story. Therapy with me is collaborative, unhurried, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you access your own clarity, resilience, and capacity for change.

I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and trauma-informed care — always tailored to what feels right for you.

What I believe

You don't have to earn your healing. You just have to begin.

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a conversation, not a prescription. I bring warmth, curiosity, and genuine care to every session — and I hold space for the full complexity of who you are.
